Super-tall skyscrapers are defined as reaching a minimum height of 300 m (984 ft). These are the most expensive all all projects that are collaborated through Urbanex. Super-tall developments often require over $800 million in funds and upwards of $1 billion. Proposals for super-tall developments should only be bid on the largest and most well-endowed developers. Construction often takes 4 to 6 years to complete.
